Nancy Archuleta : Melbourne Office – Albuquerque, NM : NMLS#196035<\/b><\/p>

Nancy Archuleta is a native New Mexican, born and raised in the Albuquerque area. She graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin campus in 1988 and obtained an executive MBA at the Anderson School of Business at UNM in 2016. Nancy started in banking at Franklin Federal Bancorp in Austin shortly after graduation and has worked at Melbourne Financial since 1990. She originates commercial and residential loans, does property inspections, and oversees the staff of the Loan Production Office.
Nancy is a past president of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals and continues to serve on the Board. She currently is a certified continuing education instructor for the Association. Nancy was also named lender of the year in 2015 by the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association.<\/p>
