Amanda Flory was born and raised in the small, Northern New Mexico, village of Lamy. She is passionate about New Mexico, and has a dream of experiencing every town, city, village and census designated area within our state’s borders. She began her career in mortgage in compliance, before becoming a loan officer.
She has worked with both mainstream and niche markets. She entered into lending mostly with Indigenous home loans, after working with tribal communities, in various capacities since the age of 15. Over the last decade, she has branched out and has a vast knowledge of programs available for purchase, refinance, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
Amanda believes that homeownership is the foundation of generational wealth and financial security, and strives to assist and advocate for anyone who is, or would like to, pursue their goal of owning their own home. Nancy Archuleta : Melbourne Office – Albuquerque, NM : NMLS#196035
Nancy Archuleta is a native New Mexican, born and raised in the Albuquerque area. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin campus in 1988 and obtained an executive MBA at the Anderson School of Business at UNM in 2016. Nancy started in banking at Franklin Federal Bancorp in Austin shortly after graduation and has worked at Melbourne Financial since 1990. She originates commercial and residential loans, and does property inspections.
Nancy is a past president of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals and continues to serve on the Board. She currently is a certified continuing education instructor for the Association. Nancy was also named lender of the year in 2015 by the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association.

Melissa Ramirez : Melbourne Office – Albuquerque, NM : NMLS#240789
Melissa Ramirez is a native New Mexican and her hometown is Carlsbad. She resides in Albuquerque now, but continues to serve the southeast part of the state while maintaining a customer referral base in the Albuquerque area. Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Anderson School of Business at UNM. She has been with Melbourne Financial for over 2 decades. Melissa’s experience through the financial market ups and downs have prepared for most anything. Her philosophy has always been “to treat others as you would like to be treated”. That attitude, along with her financial knowledge has made her an outstanding residential mortgage loan officer!
