Amanda Flory was born and raised in the small, Northern New Mexico, village of Lamy. Nancy Archuleta is a native New Mexican, born and raised in the Albuquerque area. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin campus in 1988 and obtained an executive MBA at the Anderson School of Business at UNM in 2016. Nancy started in banking at Franklin Federal Bancorp in Austin shortly after graduation and has worked at Melbourne Financial since 1990. She originates commercial and residential loans, and does property inspections.
Nancy is a past president of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals and continues to serve on the Board. She currently is a certified continuing education instructor for the Association. Nancy was also named lender of the year in 2015 by the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association.

Melissa Ramirez is a native New Mexican who moved from her hometown of Carlsbad to Albuquerque in 1991 to attend the University of New Mexico, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Although based in Albuquerque, Melissa remains deeply connected to Carlsbad and the surrounding communities in Southeastern NM.
